Lo Pan, a hundreds of years old Chinese wizard living in San Francisco, wants to be young again. Therefore, he must sacrifice a green-eyed Chinese girl to a dragon. 3 warriors protect him, Rain, Lightning and Thunder. In deadly combat, LoPan dies and Thunder loses his magical ability, inflating like a balloon and exploding.
